Refunds & Exchanges

Contact ashek21@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will organize an exchange or a refund for you.

Please note that your product will need to be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.

In the unfortunate case that your order arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email ashek21@gmail.com within three days of receiving it, and be sure to include a photograph of the damage and the packaging, and we'll aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
